🌱 We dreamt this up for you as part of the CNA Green Plan Challenge.

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ Aside from the black rice, everything is sourced from sustainable Singapore vendors:

🐟 Sea bass from local fish farm
πŸ… Tomato, capsicum, and onion from local vege farm

== How it’s made:

Sea bass is basked in Singapore sunshine before making its way to us, then carefully grilled to exacting tenderness. Vegetables gently simmered to a roux-like texture.
