All gift vouchers will be sent by local mail (SingPost).
Gift vouchers ordered before 1pm will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 1pm, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.
Working days are Monday to Friday of any week excluding any public or bank holidays.
If a gift voucher is ordered after 1pm on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.
Singapore Post guarantees next day delivery, however vouchers must be issued before 1pm Monday to Friday. If the voucher is ordered on a Friday before 1pm, it will be issued and dispatched on the same day, however Singapore Post does not guarantee delivery until the following Monday.
If you have requested for vouchers to be sent to a recipient who lives overseas, Singapore Post has a target delivery time of 7-14 working days, however we cannot guarantee that items will be received within this time period.
